We go and we go and stop...
Thanksgiving was a wonderful week.  I did very little work and my children were here, bringing my grandchildren with them.
We spent a lot of time together, and I got to know my little granddaughter and my grandson who live on the left coast.
And I was reminded why little children are given to those who are young of body.
I am both exhilarated, and exhausted.  They left this morning, and I spent the bulk of the day putting the place back together.  Finding sticky-places in unusual locations, peeling off stickers from everywhere, cleaning sheets, towels, emptying garbage and replenishing my empty refrigerator.
I am relishing the return of my clean, uncluttered apartment, and at the same time missing the chaotic noise of children underfoot.
It was grand, I highly recommend it.
