Indicator #1 - Active Listings
There are only currently 130 active listings in Catonsville, MD - this is a small decrease from last year which showed 150. On a positive note, we have an increase in New Listings to the market at 59, a whopping 15% from this time last year! Under new contracts is strong with 39 new, compared with last year which was at 29. New pending sales are at 53 for this November, a 12% increase from last year’s numbers. This is excellent news for Sellers, as there are many serious buyers still looking for that perfect home.
