As we come into the home stretch for the holidays, brace yourself for last minute things to do. This is one time of the year when you can take things personally.
 
Taking Things Personally
Are you getting enough sleep? What about meals? Are you rushing through the day skipping meals or not remembering what you ate or even if you ate a meal? If so, you’re not alone. Nature calls – are you taking enough bathroom breaks or are you making everyone else a higher priority? If you don't take care of yourself, you can't effectively take care of anyone else. 
 
Transportation
Is your vehicle ready for winter? When was the last time your windshield wipers were checked? How are your tires? Antifreeze? Will you commit to putting gas in your car every time you’re down to a quarter of a tank of gas? Is your heater working? Are you paying attention to the number of miles and do you know what maintenance is due or overdue? Are your windows clean, including rear-view mirrors and taillights?
