Closing Costs
The process of buying and selling a home can be confusing in terms of who pays what fees and payments in the closing costs. Whether you’re the buyer or seller, there are different things both parties are going to have to pay. The seller happens to take care of most of the closings costs, but a buyer’s agent is also responsible for the finalization of the home’s closing.
