1320 homes sold in Central Ohio in April 2008. The average list price was $172,970 with the average sold price being $171,560, 99.1% of list price. Average days on market was 108.For the same time period in 2007, 1656 homes sold, with the market time being 99 days. The average sold price was $182,032 with the list price average being $176,933, 97.1% Fewer sales, days on market a little longer and the sold price down approx 3%.
