Reaching your goals for 2017
Goal setting is very important in everyone's life, probably more important for small business owners.  Building a business and then growing that business needs planning and practise.   Goal setting is part of that planning. 
One step at a time
Those with prior military experience will recognize the image above. This "Hell Tower" may not seem like much but most people get a knot in their stomache when they find themselves standing at the bottom and looking up to the top. It's a great reminder of how to set goals.
Your goals must be realistic. In the illustration above, you could say, "I'm going to jump over this tower!" Is that realistic? You could jump and jump and jump and never make it past the first rung. You will eventually lose all motivation and give up. The next time you find yourself at a similar obstacle, you will start knowing you've alredy failed.
Your goals must be realistic!
