November 2016 Market Activity Vancouver WA
 
The RMLS - which is our local Multiple Listing Board, just released the November 2016 real estate sales statistics for Vancouver WA, Camas WA, Washougal WA, Ridgefield WA, Brush Prairie WA, LaCenter WA. BattleGround WA, Yacolt WA, and Amboy WA. 
The report shows that November had the highest closed sales of all months in the recording history of the RMLS! Inventory for Vancouver WA s still at an all time low of 1.4 months. What that means is if every home were to sell, it would take 1.4 months for that to happen - assuming no new homes hit the market. A balanced market, meaning a good buyer/seller market, has closer to 4 to 5 months of inventory. So we have more buyers than we do sellers and this is especially true in Camas WA.
