Low Maintenance Yard Attracts Buyers to Laguna Big Horn
Over the years, I've found that many buyers prefer an inside-court home in planned communities like Laguna Big Horn over having a home directly facing the street. It makes them feel more secure and tucked away, I suspect. Most likely less noise from traffic. I've wondered about that because it seems less urban and more suburban but then again, buyers gravitate to Elk Grove for that reason.
Buying a home in Elk Grove is also more affordable than buying a home in, say, Midtown or downtown Sacramento. We are witnessing a big influx of millennial buyers in Elk Grove.
