The Moore Estate is a beautiful condominium and townhouse community ideally located in Convent Station, NJ.  Homes there range from convenient 2 bedroom condos to luxurious 4 bedroom townhouses.  You can't beat the location of The Moore Estate, perfectly located in between Morristown, and Madison.  Both towns offer shopping, fine and casual dining and community events.  This community is close to major highways, airport and NJ Transit trains in New York City.
The Moore Estate is beautifully manicured with brick exteriors and professional landscaping.  The community has great amenities including an outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness and party room.
 
In 2016, the number of sales have remained the same, but the average sales price has decreased from $675,803 to $590,281.  This decrease is due to more condos for sale than townhomes.
