University Park Property Sales For January 2017 Lower 2.2%
In January 2017 there was a dip of 2.2% in residential property sales in contrast to last year. There were 45 residential property sales total this month. Year to date there were 45 housing sales recorded in University Park, and this was a dip of 2.2% compared to the same time of year 2016. This month in University Park the number of projected property sales was 51, an uptick of 9.9%. There was a hike of 9.9% in the number of projected housing sales year to date. There were 51 projected housing sales this year. New houses listed this month saw an improvement of 32.7%, with 150 new houses listed total this month. There was a climb of 32.7% in the number of new properties for sale year to date. There were 150 new properties for sale this year. In University Park there was a climb of 58.5% in the number of contract listings this month from 2016. There were 84 contract listings total this month.
