Neighborhood Watch:  Takes a lot of focus & concentration
I am confident if you have a neighborhood watch where you live, you clearly understand how hard work and a great deal of concentration and effort it takes to maintain or just even to participate in it.
Our block happens to have a neighborhood watch and the neighbors are very focused. The Captain of the Block is very active and so is the Sargent. Having served in the military I always had leadership positions hence I understood that this job had to be delegated to someone who could dedicate and focus on the job at hand. Hence I have promoted and put Wiley in charge of our portion of the neighborhood watch.
Now with that said check out our representative, Wiley, who is totally focused on his assignment.
In all fairness, I have seen him slacking on the job, but all in all he is on top of his game and he always reports anything out of the ordinary.
