You just need a heart to help, this statement is very true. As a Real Estate Broker having the heart to help is what it is really all about. Helping a family that needs to or wants to sell their home. Helping a family find the house they need to make a home. 
You just need a heart to help others. We were working with this couple that decided to get a divorce. The split was agreed upon and the house needed to be sold. Although the situation was tough we worked through it together. Listening to both parties needs and desire to get the property sold. 
 
We understood the need to get the property sold in a timely fashion and where both parties agreed upon the actions needed to get the property sold. 
The plan of action was wrote up in a step by step plan as to what each step was going to be and how we would communitate with each party. This allowed for complete communitaction and expected actions to be taken as we moved forward with the sale of the property. You just need a heart to help.
