One Hundred and Fifty Seven Homes Sold on First Half of 2017
The sales in 2017 went down 9.4% compared to 2016. The Minimum Sold price went up $44,000,  The Maximum Sold Price increased $220,000  with 2 more bedrooms and 1 bath, and the Average Sold Price also increased $46,777.  Days on the market increased on all cases. 
6 of the sales were short sales, 2 probates and 1 bank foreclosiure. 15 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 77 in the 400K to 500K and 61 on the 500K TO 600K 
 
One Hundred and Seventy Three Homes Sold on First Half of 2016
15 of the sales were short sales, 5 bank owned and the rest standard sales.  32 Sales were ion the 300K to  400K, 92 of the 400K to 500K, and 37 on the 500K to 600K.
Mortgage Interest Rate
The fixed interest rate for Fha is at 3.62%, Va at 3.750 and Conventional  3.875%
