Today, I am thankful for my repeat clients this year.
Activerain "thankful" post contest #2:
This has been an incredible year working with a wide variety of clients: buyers, sellers, investors, first time buyers and, above all, repeat clients. 
Here are some examples:
1. A close friend of mine ended up being a buyer. I kept telling her about the homes I was showing another buyer, but in the end, that buyer could not commit and we are still looking. However, there was one house I personally really liked and my friend asked to see it. And fell in love with it and bought it. In a strange way, I consider this a "repeat" client.
2. I sold one listing to a couple who was represented by another agent. Then I got a second listing down the road, and this couple showed up on the first day and wanted to buy it for a family member. Again, in a strange way it was a "repeat" client.
3. Another client, with whom I have already done two other sales, asked me to list a third property. We are closing at the end of this week. And we are already talking about another deal. That's a straightforward repeat client!
