In less than 24 hours you will....read the inspection amendment...
   In  Wisconsin,  after an inspection the Buyer may request repairs or replacements...further examination by specialists in various trades and that is to be expected on any inspection...despite what Sellers or Listing agents want to believe....the perfect house is hard to find.
   We got an amendment that "required" further examination by people licensed in various trades...not only people...but specific people who cannot be used and those who can....say what ?    Some of those people listed either by profession or name have not proven to be "correct" in our experience....and in fact very wrong.   Evaluation by professionals in specific trades to our minds is a GOOD thing...home inspectors cannot be and should not pretend to be experts in electricity, plumbing, foundations etc.   We accept and agree with that....people by name....hmmmmm...how qualified is the agent to discern how qualified a specific person is in one trade or the use of one trade over another....they are not....that is in our opinion, more than one step over the line of expertise....or lack thereof.
     Know what you know and what you don't know....don't influence your Buyers as a Buyer's agent with information you "assume" to be true or think you know better ... more
