Real Estate Trends January 2018
In January of 2018, Realtor.com reported that nationwide median list price was $270,000 in January of 2018 unchanged from $270.00 in December of 2017, but rose 8.0% from price $250,000 in January of 2017.
Houses stayed 89 days in the market in January of 2018 increased from 83 days in December of 2017, but down 7.0% from January of 2017.
There were 1,232,843 homes listed in the market in January of 2018 declined from approximately 1,330,247 homes in December of 2017, and fell 8.0% from January of 2017, according to Realtor.com.
