Amazing What Rats Will Do
It is not hard to find a tragedy in the world of heartless rats. They will work or scheme a way to exploit simple folks just trying to follow the “American Dream” which no longer exists by the way. The current and growing incidence of rats who are trying to make it appear that these foreclosure schemes are not violating the rules.
This is not the first time that rats try to make their schemes work. Take a look at the spring of 2005 and see what the National Consumer Law Foundation made a report on. One can find a published 68 page report on actual occurences they had investigated in every state of the union and the Federal Bureau of Investigation recently published its Mortgage Fraud Report for 2006 which said in part:
"Recent statistics suggest that escalating foreclosures provide criminals with the opportunity to exploit and defraud vulnerable homeowners seeking financial guidance. The perpetrators convince homeowners that they can save their homes from foreclosure through deed transfers and the payment of up-front fees.
