Wake Forest NC - Gobbler's Run 5K - Volunteers Needed!
Historic Downtown Wake Forest, NC once again provides the backdrop for the
3rd Annual Gobbler's Run!
This 5K Family Event will take place this year on November 27 at 8:00am sharp!  The course it open to runners and walkers of ALL ages and stollers and pets are WELCOME!
Some Awards are:
Top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in the following categories:Overall, 5-9, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Plus: Fastest Family of 4, Best Dressed, Fastest Stroller, Top Dog Award, Oldest Finisher, Second-to-Last Place, Fastest Club Kid

The course is mostly flat, looping through the historic residential and business districts.There will be one water stop at the half-way point located on Main St.
Volunteer Opportunities are still available for directing traffic, registration table, and assisting participants.  If you would like to volunteer please contact Cat Redd at gobblersrun@hotmail.com.
