Well- today was a First-   I am helping a buyer with a short sale- knowing that it takes about 2-3 months to even get an answer they decided to list their home just 2 weeks ago- we have it in tip top shape- a few showings but nothing serious- I figured we have time on our side to get a buyer--- Today the listing agent called with the "GOOD NEWS"  the bank has approved the price after just 3 weeks--- Your kidding me right????  and they dont want to settle on Sept 30th like we had requested knowing that it takes forever-  so my seller does not have their home under contract yet at all-- so ANY SUGGESTIONS---- ??? Thanks
