Swartz Creek is a small city with a big heart. Located on the I 69 corridor it is easy to access I 75, US23. The town offers that small town atmosphere. Personally moved here in 1988 and have moved 3 times since  with in 3 blocks each time. The residents  love the convenient easy access to all of the expressways. Know  you  can get anywhere in Genesee county in 30 minutes or less. Genesee Valley Mall in only 15 minutes away.  We are close to hospitals, doctors and most any kind of shopping you want. We have a new Kroger store, Wendy"s, Arby's, Burger KIng, Subway and McDonslds for fast food. We also have 3 full service restaurants, Chinese Take out and a whole host of pizzaria's. There are two cocktail lounges that are like Cheers where everyone knows everyone. You can also get the great hamburgers, fish and a whole host of other goodies there as well. Flint is just down the road and you can find most any good restaurant there. So check out our little town we love to live in. We are proud of it!!
