This was last night's sunset in Saguaro National Park. It is my favorite location to take pictures. The park is actually divided into two parts. The smaller, but more visited, park is on the west side of Tucson in the Tucson Mountains. The larger park is on the east side of Tucson at the base of the Rincon Mountains. I recommend visiting both since they are quite different.

Tucson has the best sunsets. I might be just a little biased, having grown up in Tucson. When I was a kid I didn't realize that other places don't have the amazing colors that only a desert sky can produce. About 5 years ago I was at a family reunion in Colorado. I had just started getting more into photography and was very interested in learning more. My uncle had been into photography for many years. Is it time to invest in real estate? I get this question a lot. What most people are asking is if we have hit the bottom of the market. They are trying to time it just right to not lose money. This is the wrong way to look at investing. In fact this is not investing, it's speculating. So what is the difference between investing and speculating?
