The real estate market in the Grande Dunes is the most active we have seen in in many years. There are properties coming on the market that are selling in record time. The average days it takes to sell has decreased significantly.

Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach is starting to grow again. Two additional Grande Dunes communities are being developed whish will had hundreds of new homes to an already popular location.
The Grande Dunes is locted on the north end of Myrtle Beach and has properties in the waterway, golf course and even on the ocean front. The amenities in the Grande Dunes is levels above any other community along the Grande Strand. Amenities include multiple golf courses, fully staffed tennis facility, swimming, ocean front clubhouse and fine dining throughout the area.
