The single family housing market is still feeling the effects of a market  with an over supply of single family housing in most areas of the State of Floirda. According to data provided by the Florida Association of Realtors, sales of existing single family homes in the State were down 4%. Some areas of the State have seen sales go as low at 14% this past March as compared to March of 2006. A few areas have actually seen an icrease in sales this March as compared to March 2006.
