Not sure what phone you want to get. Not happy with your Blackberry.Maybe you don't want the IPhone or you just are thinking of upgrading.Are you a T-Mobile customer? I know we have said this before but please stop ,think,and listen! The government is going to give a first time home buyer a check for $8000.Yes you heard me right! How often in your life do you think the government will do this? I guess I got every ones attention on that heading.It was a fortieth Birthday party for Missy.It was a group of both Re/max and Keller Williams agents. It doesn't matter who you work for friends are friends.and we all celebrated Missy's Birthday together.Great Food and drinks.It was suppose to be an outside event but it was rain,rain rain. Jimmy Buffett in HelpfulHannah's back yard - 06/19/09 11:53 PM
Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band was here in our back yard ! Philadelphia's that is.They were in Camden New Jersey at the Susquehanna Bank Center.They draw a huge crowd both young and old.Jimmy Buffet originates in Key West Florida and his followers are called Parrot heads. There were quite a few funny hats of parrots walking around and most of them were senior citizens..Young or old everyone was having a good time enjoying the music of Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band. Funny Friday's: letter from Grandma - 06/19/09 12:30 AM
 Dear Grand-daughter The other day I went up to our local Christian book store and saw a 'Honk if you love Jesus' bumper sticker. I was feeling particularly sassy that day because I had just come from a thrilling choir performance, followed by a thunderous prayer meeting. So, I bought the sticker and put it on my bumper. Boy, am I glad I did; what an uplifting experience that followed. I was stopped at a red light at a busy intersection, just lost in thought about the Lord and how good he is, and I didn't notice that the light had changed. It is a good thingsomeone else loves Jesus because if he hadn't honked, I'd never have noticed I found that lots of people love Jesus! While I was sitting there, the … (14 comments)

Reading how unemployment is on the rise I worry about the folks who don't know where to turn for assistance. I was in the local bank yesterday where an older woman had over drawn her checking account and had a great amount of over draft fees on her account and wanted to make payment arrangements with the bank to pay them back. Delaire Landing condo Video of GFI home inspection - 06/16/09 10:53 PM
Here is my very first try using a flip digital camera. I though I would try it at a home inspection it was fun for everyone.The one problem was that I stood to far away during some parts of the inspection.I also did not want to make the video clip to long. I think it is great tool for home inspections especially if there is a problem it can be verbally explained to the listing agent and seller.Isn't modern technology wonderful!

IF MY BODY WERE A CAR... If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps and dents and scratches in my finish and my paint job is getting a little dull .. But that's not the worst of it.
