Checking My Google Alerts This Morning  I saw a new listing come up in a subdivision my client was interested in. The only problem was that when I checked the MLS it did not come up. The pictures of this listing were amazing Remodeled kitchen and baths newer carpets and the price was also right. The only problem was it was not in the MLS under the subdivision we were looking for.If I had not had this subdivision in Google alerts I would not know it was avaliable . We had a fabulous day together as a family .We had dinner and watched the Muppet Movie .We had a Birthday cake .
