This section is near Glen Foerd Mansion .After the Open House I passed this house. I had to stop the car and take a picture of this Happy Fun Halloween display .I almost tripped getting out of the car I was laughing so hard . Speechless Sunday : Torresdale Waterfront Views of Delaware River Philly Pa .It was a beautiful warm Sunday . Alexis and I decided to check things out down at Linden ave in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa . There were many folks enjoying the beautiful weather ,boating,fishing,just sitting and relaxing in the shade .When Alexis saw that huge ship it kind of left her Speechless this Sunday on the waterfront .She did not expect to see such views of a big ship on the Delaware river in Philly Pa .

Delaire Landing's Doves in Phila Pa are getting ready to fly .The babies have grown and are taking flight. Ms Dove's babies are now gone. She returns to her nest but I have not seen the little doves for several days. Delaire Landing may have a new dove nest somewhere. I will miss these doves on my balcony. It was wonderful watching these doves hatch and grow at Delaire Landing in Phila Pa .

Delaire Landing enjoying the colors of spring.It was a long cold snowy winter.Spring has sprung. The flowers are blooming and the trees are starting to bud.The cherry blossoms are flowering .Spring is in the air.The birds are singing Delaire Landing is a very large property and the residents can walk it and see many different views of trees, bushes ,flowers,plants,and even birds and I was told by a resident today ...deer are also here early morning and late evening. Bald Eagle nests are not far away can be seen soaring in the air ..

This leaves me Speechless on Sunday.We have changed the clocks.Here at Delaire Landing after a very cold and snowy winter Mother nature seems to know it is time to change the clocks."Spring forward" she says. The clocks change flowers peek up..Delaire Landing's gardens will soon be bursting with the the colors of spring flowers. How wonderful is that!

Delaire Landing is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114.It is a Gated Condominium association with 24 hour security. It is a picturesque waterfront community built along the Delaware River. Also one of my favorite places to take pictures .Here are some pictures I found to be beautiful. They just how mother nature knows when her clock is changing. It is the first and the last day of autumn...We had 22" snow.

My Grandson was Speechless this Sunday when he saw all the birds lined up at the waterfront. It was his second visit here in Torresdale Philadelphia 19114. He enjoyed watching the birds and feeding them. The Torresdale section of Philadelphia has many beautiful sections and homes along the river waterfront.

It was a beautiful sunny Wednesday in Philadelphia Pa. It was nice to take a short break at lunch. I enjoy going down to Linden ave .It is close to my office in the Torresdale section of Phila. It is a favorite spot of mine and it seems a favorite spot of the birds also.It is a place where the Universe is full of tranquility and I can feel relaxed..I was sorry I did not have my Flip camera with me to capture the sounds.

Philadelphia has beautiful river-views.This is the Delaware River. It is a large city and has many walking trails along the waterfront.This river view picture and "video" was taken in November 2009. It was photographed on private Real Estate property of the Delaire Landing Condominium Community.You can also view Bakers Bay Condominiums another Real Estate community next to it. Both are located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa.19114 both are waterfront Communities

Phila Real Estate in the 19114 section of the city has beautiful views.This is a trail by the Delaware River in the Torresdale section .The leaves are clinging to the trees .Most of the leaves have fallen.They make such a wonderful crunching sound as you walk through the leaves in the quite of the day.
I have made a short "video" of the sound of the leaves crunching
as I was walking it will also give a better view of the area

Words can not describe how wonderful it feels to finally be sleeping in a real bed again.Two weeks sleeping on a comfy sofa in the living room is just not the same as sleeping in your own bed.Especially a pillow-topped Queen sized bed with Ralph Lauren ensemble bedding to make it even more comfortable..The room is not quite done but I will be sleeping in my bed tonight.

The colors of fall are almost gone. The leaves will be gone the trees will be bare . The only color from foliage will be from the Evergreen trees. Delaire Landing will be a little more quite then it was. There is always something to do at Delaire Landing.Winter ,Spring,Summer,or Fall. Delaire Landing is a beautiful and wonderful place to live. Friday's Foto is a short fun "Video" of our Re/Max office receptionist Gal Friday . Jane really did look smashing in her flapper costume! It was the end of the month and we had a full day of Real Estate closings at our Re/max office 19114.We did manage to sneak in this short "video". The breakfast is eggs,potatoes,bacon,sausage,and a variety of pastries,muffins,bread,jams,and jellies.It is served buffet style.There are also a variety of beverages to choose from. The meeting begins about 9 AM and ends approx 11:30 AM. We cover an extensive program. With a team like this you succeed.
