A study by lender HomEquity Bank shows that parents are keen to find out about reverse mortgages to release equity in order to give their kids a downpayment. Just received my gas bill from Enbridge today (MY GAS SUPPLIER). The insert with the bill states that the residential homeowner will see an annual increase on their bill of about $399. This new rate is a result of calculations based on the assumption that a typical residential customer uses about 3.064 cubic metres of gas a year for home heating and water heating. These rates are effective April 1, 2014 The increase is mainly due to higher natural gas prices in North America. (1 comments)
