Hey some of these tips were given to me by others and some I thought of based on experience. These tips are great for Realtors trying to sell in this down market. If you're FSBOing it then perhaps only a few of these ideas would apply, but any help is good help, Right?

As a basic point in Internet Marketing, pay-per-click is out and Organic is "IN".
An insightful friend once pointed out, its no longer, "Whats your website?" Rather, its "How many websites do you have?"
Organic Marketing is a strategy which increases your overall web presence by placing yourself in as many locations as possible simultaneously. You want to create 'reciprocal links'; this is a link that connects to itself completely from 2 or more locations. So if you had 2 websites and on the main page of each website they each referred to the other, that is a good reciprocal link. … (2 comments)
