I was recently meeting with a group of people that asked this question:

"If you had a million dollars, where would you put the cash?"

Real estate has always been a great investment, but is it still the first thing you would buy with the money? Would you rather use it to pay off your house or pay cash for a much larger place to live? Or would you finance a nicer house and use the rest of the money elsewhere? Do you put it in CD's, Savings? Maybe you should just move it to Offshore Accounts?

I look forward to your comments.
