Manhattan's Top Real Estate Broker Website Did It Again! I have been blogging about how my real estate website garners about a 1000+ people a month since I started tracking it from May to June of this year; and has only been live since this Feb. 2011. Today I tracked my entire month and I got 1580 visitors to my site, where 85% of them were new visitors and, 72% of the visits were from the search engines, which is HUGE!

Often times it and is on a set-back or some sort of terra firma. In Manhattan they can typically be found on rooftops and are graced with in ground plantings.

Surfing in Long Island? I had such a blast yesterday at surf camp in Long Beach, Long Island. I never knew there was even surfing in NY! It was a great place for beginners such as me, to learn to navigate the bunny slopes of the ocean. Lessons were $60 for a 75 minute class, or you can just rent the boards for $30 for 3 hours or so. A NYC Real Estate Broker Review There is nothing like having clients show appreciation for your hard work and diligence; especially when they are unsolicited reviews. I love Yelp NYC for these types of reviews. It is pretty simple to set up a business page, claim it, and have any and all reviews that pop up, immediately get delivered to your mailbox. My only caveat is that some people who may have never used your services can unfairly review you-- like someone did me. I was watching the news last night, and I was AMAZED how many Americans did not know which year the declaration of Indepepndence was. Keep in mind, I was not born in this country but I knew it was 1776 without having to bat an eye. Even scarier was that only a quarter of Amercians knew which country the emancipation of America was being celebrated on the 4th of July! I'm holding my breath that most know that it is England... Timing is everything in life. How many times have we heard that?! Apparently it is, when it comes to effectively communicating with our social networks. Twitter and Facebook are HUGE tools to broadcast messages quickly and efficiently to our networks.
The best time to tweet is around 12nn and 7 pm EST, and the best time to post is noon and 7 pm, EST. Keep in mind that if majority of your network are people overseas like mine, this is not applicable. The best days to tweet are mid-week or weekends.
