The San Diego County Recorder Office has announced the dates they are closed in 2017.
So why is this important for buyers and sellers, as well as lenders, and agents?
It means that there are certain days of the year, with a few surprises, when your closing cannot take place, i.e., the deed is recorded in the new homeowner’s name and they get their keys.
Here’s the 2017 schedule for the County Recorder's Office in San Diego:
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - Monday January 16 Presidents’ Day - Monday February 20 Cesar Chavez Day - Friday March 31 (unique (8 comments)
