I hope you all are enjoying this Friday and ready for the mini "heat wave" we're expecting this weekend. I wanted to send another reminder of these programs that are available for you and/or someone who might be able to take advantage of it. Surprisingly, home owners upside down in the mortgages are not taking advantage of Obama's "Making Home Affordable" program.
