I have performed all of these functions in the past 26 years as a Realtor...I'm better at some than others but in our profession we are asked- or volunteer to do these things in the normal course of our day.
Did I leave anything Out? If you can add to this list, or leave a humorous story about one of the items on my list please do (Ski Bum & senior pro-golf tour are the two things I really want to do).
For the record…I’ll be a Realtor for another 26 years, but that’s it, I'm serious at 75 I quit.
I am working with relocatin buyers in town this week. All the questions they have been asking made me feel the urge to create a flyer with some informations theey might need and be able to give it to other buyers. Theses are the points I was going to discuss and include websites where they can find their answers. Any more suggestions to add to the list
•· How much house can I get for my money?
•· How are schools rated?
•· What are some other factors I should take into consideration other than the mortgage?
•· Which neighborhood I would like to live in?
•· Is this neighborhood urban or suburban?
•· Where can I find information about the purchase process?
•· Where can I find information about the mortgage process?
As the year comes to an end and we are supposed looking forward for a better one I have a resolution that by january 15th I should have a 2010 business plan and marketing plan up and runnung. I have purchased 2 business plans in the past by I seem never get to finish it. I have no clue why. I am looking for a good and easy plan to work with and be able to use for a better year. I am debating too if I go back to coaching or just creat an accountability group with some of my friends and start a positive year, Any recommendations for a good business and marketing plan.
This is such a nice way to give back. i hope one day my kid thinks of the others in a way or another. I maybe looking into ways how i can get him in the mood ov Christmas by volunteering this year. Via Gabriela Agostinelli (Century 21 New Millennium):
Dear friends,
As some of you know, I work as an Aqua Aerobics instructor in the Pax River base. One of my student's sons has cancer in his left eye. His name is Greg, he is 9 years old. Greg has received 12 treatments for a non-cancerous, glioma tumor attached to the optic nerve of the left eye. Because it is attached to the optic nerve, it is inoperable (at this point). Therefore, he receives chemo like many of the cancer patients.
Greg had a great idea to give back by donating new books to the children at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. New books, for safety reasons, appropriate for children from infant through age 16. The new books will be given as Christmas gifts to individual children. If you have used books in good condition, those will be donated to the pediatric unit as a whole. Please bring your books to Century 21 New Millennium California and I'll bring them to Holy Face Church where they are being collected.
Thank you in advance for your support in donating a new book for these children and supporting such a great cause, spreading a little bit of Christmas joy to those who are very sick,

Warmly,
Gabriela

This sounds great I will give it a try for my next transaction Via Suzanne Alberti (DocuSign):
The new year is coming and it's time to re-evaluate your business. Are you where you want to be? What could be better? Are you implementing technology into your business? If not, perhaps you should. Technology tools are the game-changer for 2010 and you need to be on-board if you want to play.
The ‘Must-Have' Game-Changer for 2010: DocuSign Electronic Signature Service
There is a misbelief that DocuSign is only an "e-signature." Not true. DocuSign is so much more. DocuSign provides the tools you need to win the game in 2010.
- Looking for a green solution? Yes!
- Looking for tools that allow you to be more productive? Yes!
- Want to save money? Yes!
- Want to save time? Yes! Yes! Yes!
DocuSign enables you to electronically send, sign, and store your documents, making you more productive, while saving time and money. It also reduces, if not eliminates, the piles of paper you accumulate with every transaction.
Here's how it works:
Once you've created your documents, log into DocuSign. Upload your documents, enter your client's information, drag and drop the signature and initial tabs and click to send. It's like email, but it's secure-a big difference!
Your client receives an email notification that you've requested their signature on a document. Your client clicks the link, is authenticated, adopts a signature and is quickly guided through and the electronic signature process, step-by-step. That's it.
What this means is your client doesn't need to make any decisions. They can't get "off-track." The system prompts them the entire way and they can't miss a signature or initial location. This is HUGE! How many times has a client missed signing or forgot an initial, and you have had to have them "re-sign" for that one location? That could easily mean a drive across town, another fax or a series of emails. Not to mention the added stress to meet offer deadlines.
With DocuSign, the signing process is foolproof. It saves you and your client's time and money-something, I'm sure they'll appreciate and it will set you apart from the crowd.
What about if you forget to mark a location for signature?
DocuSign has you covered. With the new ‘correct feature,' you can go back into documents that have already been sent for e-signature and make corrections. Add or remove e-signature and initial tabs or signers from the comfort of your home, office or favorite coffee shop. What a time-saver!
Does someone else need a copy of your documents? Such as another agent, office assistant or lender?
If someone needs a copy, just include them as a "CC" when you are setting up your contacts. DocuSign will automatically send via email a clean, legible copy of the documents with all of the associated signatures so you don't have to take that extra step.
Now which technology tool is the game-changer for you in 2010?
No faxes. No paper. The DocuSign electronic signature service provides clean, clear electronic signatures on documents without software to download or computer hardware to buy.
