Puyallup and Tri County Market Update - June 2008

For example, an article I read in the Puget Sound Business Journal last week compared the housing market in Seattle with that of San Diego. In Seattle, there were just over 5,000 homes in foreclosure. In San Diego however, there were just over 56,000. More than 10 times the number in Seattle. It will take San Diego YEARS to recover from … (0 comments)

puyallup real estate: Kirk's Pharmacy at Sunrise - 03/07/08 11:08 AM
The Puyallup Real Estate landscape has exploded in recent years.  It seems like there is a Wallgreens or Rite Aid on nearly every corner.  But you know what?  Sometimes it's the little guys that really win you over.  One of those "little guys" is Kirk's Pharmacy at Sunrise.  My wife turned me on to this little pharmacy that could about a year ago.  I should have posted back then, but sometimes you forget the ones you love, so Kirk, I'm sorry.  I'm trying to make it up to you now.

puyallup real estate: Mr. Greek Comes to South Hill Puyallup - 01/14/08 04:20 AM
The Puyallup Real Estate landscape has changed once again . . . Hunan Gardens on Puyallup's South Hill has been replaced by Mr. Greek. My wife Teri and I and a couple of friends visiting from Canada headed there last night for dinner to see what Mr. Greek was all about. When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly busy, but we were seated right away. The bar that was present with Hunan Gardens has been replaced by additional seating. When we learned Mr. Greek was a chain, I was a little disappointed and my expectations dropped a bit.
We ordered a few … (0 comments)

Las Vegas, you'll get there, but with 26 months of inventory right now, it may take some time.As many of you know, I hold a new construction model home open Thursday - Saturday just about … (4 comments)
