As a former personal trainer and gym owner I still have an avid interest in fitness and athletics. So I thought that it might be helpful to throw out a few tips every once in a while. Because truth be told, our health care system would not be in such dire straights if everyone did just the minimum recommended amount of exercise per week. But that discussion is for another day. Scottsdale real estate - Market report July '09 - 08/04/09 10:27 PM
The Scottsdale real estate market continues to follow the trend of the valley as a whole. Sales are up, active listings down. The average sale price increased a bit over June, but there are still some fantastic bargains in Scottsdale right now. And when the market picks up full swing again, the homes in Scottsdale are going to appreciate at about double the rate of homes in other parts of the valley. Get in now while the gettin's good. Phoenix real estate - Market report for July '09 - 08/03/09 09:09 PM
In the immortal words of Freddy Prinze the Phoenix real estate market is "looooking goooooood! (For those who don't know who Freddy Prinze was, he's Freddy Prinze Jr.'s dad. Anthem AZ real estate - July '09 Market report - 08/01/09 02:44 PM
The Anthem AZ real estate market continued it's strong pace in July. The number of homes actively on the market rose ever so slightly. The number of homes that are pending and those that sold increased over June. We did break our two month streak of average sale prices increase, but only by the silightest margin. The burn rate is down to 2 months now, so based on that statistic we have a seller's market in Anthem. Anthem's housing market looks to be once again on stable footing.
