A decade ago, veteran Colorado Realtor Joan Rogliano weathered a difficult divorce.  The process illuminated for this longtime real estate agent the need for people in general to have access to honest, no-strings-attached information about real estate and finances.

Women going through divorce frequently are under pressure to sell the marital home and move on, as if that were their only alternative. This may not be the right choice for everyone.
