Renting in Long Beach, Lakewood, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach

The single largest monthly expense for most of us is housing! What's worse is "renters" are experiencing 8% annual rent increases. This is almost 3 times the rate of food and energy inflation.  At this current rate, rents will DOUBLE every 9 years....maybe in as little as 7 years according to the California Association of Realtors.
 Do you think for a second that your $2,200 monthly rent won't be $4,400 in 9 years?  Just look at gas prices....10 years ago we were paying $1.61 per gallon.  Back then NOBODY would have believed gas would increase over … (0 comments)
