Choosing Buyers and Sellers Is a Lot Like Selecting Stocks - 11/10/11 06:27 PM
Choosing Buyers and Sellers Is a Lot Like Selecting Stocks   If you are an aggressive investor, you may select riskier stocks with the hope of a higher return on your money.
If you are a risk taker in real estate, you may show buyers that are not pre-approved... one’s that use multiple agents... or those that will not commit to your services.   If you are a long term investor, you select good quality stocks, and hold on to them for a long period of time. Not expecting to get rich quick, but expecting after a good … (14 comments)

If I Had 3 Extra Hours a Week: CRS Courses - 11/09/11 09:59 PM
If I had 3 extra hours a week, I would take some online courses toward completing my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. One of my 2012 goals was to complete my CRS course work. I know... I only have 2 months left! YIKES! Living so far away from the available classes, has put a damper on that goal. However, with dedication and the 3 extra hours per week that I would save using DocuSign, I could take some online courses and get back on track toward getting my CRS designation. Education is important to me. Personally, I don’t think that the … (7 comments)

Day 6: I am Thankful for my Mother! - 11/06/11 06:56 AM
I am thankful that my mother raised me knowing Jesus. I am thankful that when I walked away and chose to live a life that clearly did not reflect the life of a child of God -- she still loved me and kept praying for me.
Thank you, Lord, for helping her not give up on me... YOU knew that I would come home. For years she waited... and prayed.... and loved..... and believed!   NO ONE could do that without YOU! Thank you for my mother.

Why I've only been on ActiveRain since July 2010 and still consider myself "new" to the rain. What better way is there to prepare than to have a thankful heart?!

The challenge is to write a post a day (no minimum word requirement) sharing something that you are thankful for. It can be something GREAT or something small. It’s up to you.

Then, if you … (46 comments)
