This lovely townhome was leased sight unseen.  The new tenant was very attracted by thre factors of the townhome.  The first factor is the townhome is in a gated community.  Because the townhome is in a gated community, there is a feeling of seclusion to the neighborhood in general.  The second factor is that the townhome has a two car garage.  The tenant really wanted a place with a garage, and the two car garage was somewhat of a bonus.  The third important is location - specifically proximity to the interstate highways to … (2 comments)

I purchased my first home in December of 1995 in Norcross GA.  That first home was a breakthrough for me.  Up until then I have never owned property.  It was exciting to see others buying their first home.  While I longed for my own, I took time to research the area neighborhoods.  After almost two years of driving through neighborhoods at all of hours of the day (and night) on different days of the week, I got a good vibe for this one subdivision in Norcross.
