THANKS TO ONE OF THE MOST MILD WINTERS, THE SPRING MARKET HAS DEFINITELY STARTED EARLY! THIS TIME LAST YEAR, WE WERE STILL DIGGING OUT FROM ONE OF THE HEAVIEST SNOW FALLS ON RECORD AND IT FELT LIKE WINTER WAS NEVER GOING TO END. THIS YEAR WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE - MILD TEMPERATURES AND LITTLE TO NO SNOW. BUYERS AND SELLERS ARE CERTAINLY GETTING THE "SPRING ITCH" A FEW MONTHS EARLY.
