This is a question that I was posed recently by a home seller.  It turned out that particular client is a surgeon, so I posed him this question:  Which is more important the doctor or the hospital?  His answer was:  “Hands down, the doctor.”  My answer correlated:  “Hands down, the Real Estate Agent”. 
I probed further as to why he said that the doctor is the most important.  Bear with me while I make the correlations to the real estate industry.

HBC Realty Group Community Charity Champions raised $1,650 for the McLean Project for the Arts at a fundraiser held on July 16, 2012 at Pulcinella Italian Host in McLean.  This is the most money ever raised by Community Charity Champions and Karen Keys DuVal, Chair of MPA proclaimed the fundraiser at Pucinella's a remarkable success!

1st Half 2012 Real Estate Numbers Show Market is Moving in the Right Direction - 07/05/12 12:38 PM
The residential real estate market in McLean and Great Falls is definitely showing strong signs of improvement.  The total number of sales for the first half 2012 is up overall a little more than 8% over the first half of 2011.
