My area of specialty in Santa Barbara is the Samarkand Neighborhood, rich in history and a wonderful place to live. Samarkand means "Land of Heart's Desire" in Persian and we are lucky to have The Samarkand of Santa Barbara as part of our diverse neighborhood.
