Another good blog.... what does your lender concider a Large Deposit... it it is going to hold things up don't you think you should know this...  We All work with so many lenders at times, I always have my clients at least talk with my primary lendors.

I get this ll the time also, and my response is basically the same, i also invite them to spend 3 days with me and see exactly what i do.  some are impressed and others are like WOW, NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT.  I have also asked people in my BNI group to send a few days with me and they have never taken me up on it.
