Last week I viewed a Pinnacle Townhome that is currently for sale. If you're looking for a condo or townhome that is close to campus and old town this may be a good neighborhood to consider. Heatheridge Lake Condominiums in Fort Collins Colorado are conveniently located just southwest of CSU campus, are adjacent to extensive green space and the Red Fox Meadows Natural Area, and have easy access to the Spring Creek Trail located just south. Green Space - I was out looking at homes and condos for sale last week and viewed a unit in this nice neighborhood just southwest of CSU Campus called Heatheridge Lake Condominiums.
