One thing that is extremely important from the perspective of a buyer, but unfortunately frequently overlooked, are building floor plans. True, agents sometimes offer a simple, single line sketch of the plan, but these are not presentational, and lack precision - I can never really be sure of the accuracy. I am not a realtor, but occasionally buy property, and the floor plan is a very important consideration that helps me make a decision to buy.
