I'm Sooo Confused... Which Is NOT My Normal State of Being!!! - 02/17/09 01:56 PM
Is there anyone out there running in the 'Rain who can actually tell me WHAT this Stimulas Plan 2009 contains?  I read, listen to the news, and to comments of others, but I don't know what's going on!  Is there a complete list of exactly what HAS been approved(by the House, Senate and Mr. President) and signed into law?  And how will this affect the Real Estate industry? 
I'm still of the opinion that if this money needs to be distributed, give it to EVERY American citizen,18 and over, and watch this economy get STIMULATED!

It's No Secret... It's Seacret's! - 02/07/09 06:34 PM
For this Saturday night's entertainment ,I'm reading our local newspaper which is published every Friday, rain or shine!(I have no life!)  But we do have fabulous nightlife here in Ocean City.  The establishment that I'm reading about is Seacret's ,a fun nightclub, like no other.  Entering Seacret's is like stepping off the plane in Jamaica.  Shabby,er,rustic,er, shack-like decor adds to the "feel"... ambience of Seacret's, not to mention the sand that squishes between the toes!
