At Home Kansas, Rob Lang received a new buyer lead Jan 1 2021 at 10:21am, met her for the first time at 1pm at the house, and in less than 12 hours her dream home was under contract at 10:07pm that same day before others could get there to see it due to the ice/snowstorm. What's Going On In The Lawrence Kansas Homes For Sale Market? According to Rob Hulse, Executive Officer of the Lawrence Board of REALTORS® (LBOR), 84 contracts were written in February 2013 vs. 60 contracts written in February 2012. That is a 40% increase in contracts written!!
At the start of March 2013, 371 homes were on the market for the city of Lawrence Kansas which is way down from the 510 Lawrence houses for sale at the beginning of March 2012.
