I just finally hit the big 200K in points on Activerain! I started blogging back in 2009 and was pretty diligent about blogging on a regular basis. Personal life and being crazy busy with business put blogging on the back burner the end of 2011. The amazing thing was that the blogging I had previously done about local neighborhoods and real estate information was still providing me leads years down the road. Kudos to ReMax once again! More good news if you're apart of the ReMax family. According to the latest figures from the National Association of Realtors, and other independent sources, ReMAXis way out in front of the competition. The National Association of Realtors states that 87% of today's buyers start their search on the Internet. According to independent sources ReMAX gets 18% more Internet leads than Century 21, 30% more that Coldwell Banker, 45% more than Prudential and a staggering 340% more than ERA and Keller Williams, that's almost 3 1/2 times as many Internet leads. Homes Available in Valencia, Ca. Within the last 5 days we have received 19 new listingsin Valencia. I'm hoping this will be the start of much more homes in Valencia to come. Santa Clarita as a whole needs inventory so badly. We currently are at a 3 month supply of homes available. With the tax credit having buyers to be under contract by April and closed by June, Valencia homes are being gobbled up as fast as they hit the market.
