According to the latest figures from the National Association of Realtors, and other independent sources, ReMAXis way out in front of the competition. The National Association of Realtors states that 87% of today's buyers start their search on the Internet.

Within the last 5 days we have received 19 new listingsin Valencia. I'm hoping this will be the start of much more homes in Valencia to come. Santa Clarita as a whole needs inventory so badly. We currently are at a 3 month supply of homes available. With the tax credit having buyers to be under contract by April and closed by June, Valencia homes are being gobbled up as fast as they hit the market.
