Short sale Advice - 06/29/08 12:41 PM
Although I've dealt with short sales. Who hasn't in this marker? I've never done one where the first and second are both held by the same bank. I was wondering do they tend to run the same way and will the first still only offer the second a small amount of money? I'm new to Active Rain. I'm listed as an agent under Paso Robles, California. My question is can I also be listed under San Miguel which is a small town just north of here, population of about 1300. My out of state clients were very pleased with the results of their private visual (virtual) tour I made for them. They will be bringing in an offer today. This was so simple and it looks so much more professional than just emailing pictures. I can not say enough about the benefits of these services.

We all know trees are good for the environment. I've always liked the look of trees on my property but never considered them to bring in top dollar when selling my home. I know curb appeal is important and helps to sell. But what I did realize was what I read in an article today. It suggests trees could increase your homes value by 7%. The article went on to say in high income neighborhoods the increase could be as high as 10%. This is simple and fairly inexpensive. I suggest if you just bought a home plant a few small trees … (6 comments)

The Mid State Fair is Coming to beautiful Paso Robles California, July 23, 2008. There is so much to see and do in Paso, a weekend won't do. Wine tasting, lakes, beaches and more. Visual Tour is a benifit to out of state clients - 06/26/08 08:00 PM
I created a visual tour for an out of state client of mine. He was able to see the inside of the house like he was there. Anyone who has not invested in some sort of visual-virtual tour should really consider its value. I'm middle of the road when it comes to computers, but I found this pretty easy to learn. I think the photography was harder than the computer aspect.
