We’ve been working with a great young couple for their first home here in Murphy, NC. Of course we’ve seen a lot of homes and one they even made an offer on, but it had some issues in the inspections and mold. So we kept looking and saw some very nice home, but not quite the one with the perfect setting and home that they could add their own touches to and have a spot for her to turn pottery.

We met with our clients today at our Coldwell Banker High Country office and went over some lovely and well priced homes to show them before they headed back to Florida in the morning. There were so many that they wanted to see before making their final decision, but they decided to skip yours since your listing needed a 24 hour notice to show.

We saw some great homes – from Log, Townhouse, Traditional and Craftsman style to a very cute HUD home. We even checked out a couple of awesome view lots in the Highland Creek Subdivision with septic systems already installed! We even had time to take a break out on the deck of one of the river homes.
